Family Voucher recipient in BrazilA new study just out by Brazil's Ministry of Social Development (MDS) has found that the Bolsa Família (Family Voucher) program does have some impact on beneficiaries. Brazilian government's Bolsa Família puts money directly into the hands of Brazil's poorest families, who are technically known as "living in extreme poverty," or "living in misery."

if they would earn 2 dollars LESS per month...they would return to EXTREME POVERTY !!

What a manipulation....to get applauses for ROBBING HOOK Government "caring" for the poors...AND VOTES !!!

At 69,99 BRL per month they are Extremely Poors....and at 70,01 they are ONLY Poors !

And then Ricardo Amaral is 100000000 % sure that Brazil is the country of the future and Americans have a lesson to learn and follows.
Even more funny knowing that such idiot doesnt even reside in Brazil but in the....USA !

RICARDO....BACK HOME....And give back what Your Dynasty had stolen FOR GENERATIONS....FROM THE COUNTRY....before leaving like rats...and becoming apparent "honorable" dynasty !

SAD TRUTH.....AMARAL DYNASTY !

First, this money doesn't change miserable people into real citizens! If they were just poor, now they are the ones who receive "alms" from the government.
Second, the main criterion to receiving the money is something ridiculous: you just have to send your children to school. if they have attendance, it's ok. They don't need to really learn , just pass. what is not difficult, since teachers can't fail them.
What seems to be good is actually malefic, because when these students are aged to get to University , they won't. First , because there won't be Bolsa Familia when they are to enter High School, second because they won't have learned the basics of the subjects.
