The countries from which these illegal aliens migrated should be forced to reimbuse the U.S. for all court, incarceration, and deportation costs. Just look at the murderers of Sister Dorothy ! They are effectively closer to their family....outside of the prison ! It may as well provide a well paid job since one of the murderer is going to be elected in his municipality !!!! 3) And immigrants ONLY dont go to jail to my knowledge ! 4) ILLEGAL immigrants may go to temporary detention centers before being deported ! Not the same ! 5) ILLEGAL OR LEGAL immigrants having commited WRONGDOINGS ARE THE ONES SENT TO JAIL ! 6) In some cases, depending of the country of origin such as Haiti, AFTER the jail term, haitians are deported to their country of origin even if they were legally in the U.S. Ohhhhh....stupid question : If a foreigner in Brazil gets a jail term for whatever reason, is he deported back home to accomplish his prison term ????? Hmmmmmmm....that would free a small part of the much overcrowded, stinky and smelly Brazilians shameful prisons ! Just look at the facts the Brazilian prisoners conditions are so shameful that there are regular riots, fires, mass killings in the Brazilians prisons. Those commiting wrongdoings in a country must accomplish their jail term in the country their judgment of their crimes took place ! Seems logical to me. So is the view of most countries laws around the world ! Why would it be wrong in the U.S. ONLY..... but not in Brazil, the EU or wherever ????? - ch.c.
