"the loan to Brazil's National Development Bank because of allegations of poor quality ...

It is not a loan to BNDES but.... FROM BNDES to Gerdau !
A subsidized rate...of course !
And on Ecuador, very very very vague and not the real truth on the US$ 8o millions "difference" between the 245 millions paid and the 325 millions owed !
No doubt that Brazil committed something illegal and said to Ecuador......chuuuuttttt....and we will discount the difference !

Hmmmm something thicky-stinky here !

Brazilians are laughable to make a subsidized loan for infrastructure construction in foreign countries !!!

Stupid question : does Brazil has sufficient infrastructure....with their 5 % paved roads ??????
This was a simple example, within many others, such as drinking water treatments, or treatment of sewage & waste water, hospitals, garbage collection etc etc etc !

Hey hey !
