			<title>headline...&quot;Brazil Ready to Lend US$ 120 Billion to Help Businesses &quot;</title>
			<link>http://www.brazzilmag.com/content/view/10875/1/#pc_22410</link>
			<description>last paragraph of the article
&quot;BNDES is seeking to lend as much as 120 billion reais (US$ 61 billion) this year&quot;

NOT exactly the same amount but coming from brazilian educated and knowledgable people....who is surprised...by their goofings ???

Furthermore puting the new TJLP rate at 6 % from 6,25 since 2007 is not going to make....EVEN A SMALL DIFFERENCE !

And the new 6 % rate IS NOT WHAT END BORROWERS PAY.
It is just the base rate from where the BNDES spread must be added and then an even larger spread will be charged by the intermediaries banks !

Or to say it otherwise, end borrowers wil still have to pay somewhat above the Selic Rate....whatever happens !

This will simply create more jobs in the intermediation process. But totally inneficient and unproductive jobs....sadly !

Viva Brazil and their expertise in creating jobs through their administrative nightmare bureaucracy.

And those who will finally get loans....will also get them only if they promise to vote for whoever they are told to.
In simple terms this is...VOTE BUYING ! - ch.c.</description>
