<description>I arrived into Natals airport 24 september at 1.40 am. I had calculated, that I could take out some money from ATM with my credit card. I didn´t get out nothing, instead the machine told that my pin code was valid (witch was not true).
So a nice cab driver drowe me from airport to Ponta negra. The first couble of days I could buy things with my card, but after that my foreigner credit card was not good in the shops or restaurangs and it is impossible to take out the cash from the banks (manuell) or from the ATM and my credit company can not send over emergency money, because to transfer the money thre´s got to be a bank open with clerks working on the case...
Only the Brazilian card holders get service in those banks that are open and the foreigner card holder are kept or chased out from the bank.
At the same time the communistical agitators are occubuiing down on the beach, so is there something seriously going on and could we call the following statement to lies or to talks of the one who is not aware of the cituation :

&quot; The president of the bank workers union in Brasilia, Jacy Afonso, made it clear at the general assembly that the pickets must not interfere with client access to the banks. Court injunctions have already been issued ordering the union to allow clients to enter the banks. &quot; (end of the citate) ?
