Next could be your grains. Will see then who benefits the most !!! By copying the Aid drugs you would reduce your cost by only a few hundred millions..but your agriculture industry could be penalized by much much much more !!!!! And I dont even talk about the job losses, bankruptcies in agriculture compared to the new jobs created by the copying !!!!
