The states is only gonna play the good hero part in this. They say they will give all that money, but most of it is going to get lost on the way there. If the States wanted to really give a hleping hand to all the poor countries, then why dont they spend one third of the money they spend on nuclear weapons to give every single poor person in the world a roof over their heads, clean water in their house, and plumbing?
