Is it a matter of no significance if a nonwhite person is murdered in Brazil? I know this is the case in America. There is no outrage when the police murder young black men. It is almost as if it is another plan of genocide. In America a well-off black man is just as likely to be a victim of police brutality as a poor one so it is not a matter of economics but of race.
