President Lula is dreaming if he thinks that it will ever be finished in our or his time. The existing road surface is full of huge pot holes since the winter rains have come and gone with no sign of road crews to do patch work.The federal highway police just ignor all speeders and reckless drivers.Even the Hookers have stopped using the roadsides and shoulders as pole positions to work.
