			<title>strange numbers...again !</title>
			<link>http://www.brazzilmag.com/content/view/5019/1/#pc_2071</link>
			<description>
At the start of the article the number of students in universities is 128\'000.

At the end of the article the numbers of students in universities became 10,4 % of 24 millions OR 2\'496\'000 !!!!

Quite a difference ! WHY ??????????????

- Is the difference due to federal universities compared to NON Federal universities ?
- Could it be that only 5 % of students go to Federal universities and 95 % to other types of universities ?
- Then why 95 % of students choose to avoid the Federal universities ?
- Are the federal universities so bad ?
- If so why create so many new Federal universities, so bad, that almost nobody choose ?

Effectively CURIOUS !
