			<description>As a European living and working in Brazil (Sao Paulo): Wouldn\'t the money be better spent elsewhere? With the host of social and economic woes  facing Brazil I can\'t believe this is a wise act of public spending. It will only be the first of such \'adventures\' and I know the experiments have been done many times before by other countries, so it is plainly a dubious reason to justify a \'Brazilian spaceman\'. What on earth does Brazil need a spaceman for? It makes no sense - it\'s a rich man\'s game.
