And planting illegal seeds should be punished, by definition. Otherwise, farmers found of planting Coca seeds, should not be punished either. Logic would say, illegal = punishment. But not in Brazil. The same is happening fpor the corrupted politicians. theay did illegal things punishable by your laws, but they are not punished.
