Montsanto is not guilty if GM seeds were smuggled by brazilians into your country.
And planting illegal seeds should be punished, by definition.
Otherwise, farmers found of planting Coca seeds, should not be punished either.

Logic would say, illegal = punishment. 

But not in Brazil. The same is happening fpor the corrupted politicians. theay did illegal things punishable by your laws, but they are not punished.

Impunity prevails in your country, rule of law and justice are lacking...totally !
