As to your problems with China textile, it looks like you could simply lower your intrests rates, the highest in the world, and cut in half your taxes, also among the highest.

And instead of being so arrogant with your agriculture exports, it would be wise to feed your millions and millions of poors before exporting.

Brazil is like a well paid executive  with a spouse and 5 children. Because his mistress jewelries are very costly he doesnt feed his children appropriately and put them in hunger, low education, and minimum healthcare with the excuse of not having enough money  for the family.

No difference.

Just export your surplus after having  sufficiently   fed your citizens.

Dont you proclaim loud enough that you are the garden of the world ?
If you really are,   hunger and millions of  under nourrished citizens is simply unnaceptable and lamentable..
