WHY THE BRAZILIAN GOVERNMENT, ESPECIALLY THE ACTUAL ONE WITH LULA THE LEFTIST, HAS NOT YET PROVIDED GOVERNMENT FUNDS AND FINANCING THROUGH THE BNDES TO HELP BUILD LOW COST HOUSINGS FOR THE POORS ????? LULA REALLY DOESNT CARE FOR WHAT HE WAS MANDATED WHEN HE WAS ELECTED !!! His promises will remain promises for eternity, never with facts.
