Is this article sincere? Why is Brazil discussing this subject now after all this time?

Brazil should have thought that each individual has a right to be acknowledged, respected and heard.

It took an awful lot of negative energy to put Brazil where it is today... and the same amount of positive energy could be used to turn around this situation.

It takes a thousand labourers to build a castle.A million soldiers to guard a country, but one responsible man to build a happy family.

Don\'t put your heads in the sand....be honest, brave, face all your problems and move forward!!!!!!!!

The longer this is ignored the worse it will get!!! - Guest

...you will celebrate the death of Jean Charles. No doubt that every year you will do also the same, so that it wont be forgotten ! Right ?????

And will you celebrate also the hundreds of thousands brazilians, innocents, which have been murdered by your policemen, large landowners over the last 250 years ???????

NO ?
