NOTHING included in your crop expectations. - prices are not higher in US$ than last year. - Worse : your currency increased to the dollar. Farmers have a hard time repaying loans AND interests. That is another reason they buy less fertilizers ! Many of your farmers are starving economically speaking, not due to 1 but to the different factors mentionned above.
