No why in the fuck couldn\'t brazil, paraguay, and argentina do this on their own? Could it be because in reality it\'s not in their true best interest?? Possibly only complying with pressure from washington with economic sanctions or taxes?? Interesting. But one would certainly think that these three countries to do what is necessary to enforce whatever it is they\'re attempting to.
