			<description>You might have thought  that Lula, or somebody from the Air Force Ministry would have taken  a  few minutes of air time to wish Brazil\'s first Astronaut - or second, if you include  Palocci, a safe journey.  Not a dicky bird ! I guess  10 million dollars is small beer compared to China... By the way WHO ARE Lula\'s advisors! - Guest</description>
