Brazil and Mexico are quite willing to eliminate debts to these countries...but they dont want to participate in this debt elimination. OTHERS must pay, NOT THEM ! AS USUAL, nothing new ! They have no money so Brazil borrows, then they relend part to others countries. when these countries cannot repay, Brazil ask a debt elimination for them, paid by wealthy nations. SO the poor countries can repay Brazil.
