			<description>Dear Sir,

We are a group of companies associated in mining of Granites, Iron Ore, Sugar, Textiles &amp; Hotel Industry etc in India.

We are also into manufacturing of sugar having 3 factories one in Maharastra with capacity of 2500 TCD, second at Belgaum, Karnataka with capacity of 5000 TCD, 17 MW Co-generation and 60 KLPD Distillery, the other factory is situated at Bagalkot, Karnataka with capacity of 7500 TCD with Co-generation capacity of 24.5 MW. Our boiler is designed for bagasse firing which is chain grate type. Boilers of 90 TPH &amp; 50 TPH having working pressure of 66 Kg/cm2 and operating temperature of 485 ± 5 %. We generate 28% bagasse per tonne of cane crushed, the calorific value of bagasee is 2350Kcal/Kg. The current system of feeding bagasse is through spiral feeders. We have used upto 10% wood chips and also coal of sizes 5 to 10 mm grit size. The moisure of content is baggasse is 49% to 50% , wood chips is 25% to 30% and coal is 32%.

We would like to know whether the above parameters will suit the usage of bagasse pellets. If so, what will be quantity of pellets required per hour and also the pellet machine capacity required for the boilers.

We propose to visit Brazil during the month of Aug.2009. As we are interested in your products viz wood chipping machine, various pellet making machines, we request you to send us an Invitation letter in this regard. We would also be interested in Sugarcane harvesting machine if any.

We solicit your early reply, so that we can plan our trip in advance.

Regards,
JAWAHARLAL P.DODDANNAVAR
