Impunity is the norm......

So why could anyone believe that corruption and impunity will stop ????

Same for criminals....few are arrested.
Thus why should they stop ?

Same for the PCC and other gangs, even when in jail, they manage to put the Brazilian justice and police to their knees ?
What is their risk ? They are already in jail !!!

Same for your corrupted politicians, they even made laws that they will not be judged by the justice but by the other corrupted politicians.
Eve worse : judged by SECRET votes !

Finally why would anyone believe that Lula or whoever will stop stealing money from the government and government owned corporations, to fund their political party to
do vote buying and cover the cost of the party expenses !!!

NOOOOO nothing has changed and nothing will ever change.

Brazil is a medieval country and the constitution has been written on toilet paper !!!

The rule of laws is applied only to the poors.
If someone steal or rob Reais 200.-, he will have a jail term of several years IF arrested. But those stealing millions have the laws to protect them and provide imopunity !!!!!

A shame to humanity and very sad for the future of your society ! - Guest

Wake up people of Brazil!!!

IF a case like this does not shake Brasilians to take to the streets across the entire country, I do not know what will. The vast majority of law abiding and honest brazilians have to speak out and not rest until things atart to change and good governance and justice prevails. I do not want to judge the Brazilians but I certainly think that people hav to stand up and fight to preserve so many wonderful things that Brazil has to offer. I for one will certianly pray that Brazilian wake up and start to fight for JUSTICE. - Guest

Nothing new here. however, I would suggest it is not ONLY because some fokls are rich and well connected that the judicial system fails all, I would add the system itself is quite retarded, as are all who work for it. - Guest

You must not allow Luiz Cezar Lanzoni to assume his role on City Council. People like him destroy innocent lives of children. He should remain behind bars for the rest of his life. I can\'t believe that City Council would even think of taking him back ! It\'s insane! Wake up Brazil !! - Guest
