law enforcement should allways be the main priority in any country, and if a country does not enforce corruption comes in, crimes go up, bad cops keep their job.
if Brazilians were made to fear the law like most of the richer countries maybe it wouldnt be so unequal.
THERE SHOULDNT BE ANY FREAKEN LAW THAT SAYS IF U HAVE A COLLEGE OR ANOTHER DEGREE U DONT GET SEVRE punishment
people who do bad need severe punishment.
Welthier people do wrong and Brazil and then nothing happens.. THEY SHOULD: lose evrything they have, including their accounts houses, and their relatives accounts should also be checked
if they punish everyone equaly they will get a country that fears the law and lives by it - Anderson

.....that Lula believes he is an Arab King. Therefore the government money is HIS money and that by definition as a king... and he is above the laws. Laws must be voted to please his wishes.....at whatever cost and whatever way....legal or illegal.

The Brazilian problem is that thousands of politicians also believe that they are Arab Sheiks (Princes). Therefore they also want their share of the pot.

Therefore it is not surprising that Brazil is friendlier by the day with the Middle East countries. Arabs already sent 30^000 copies of the Coran translated in Portuguese.

And already all the Brazilian sheiks are negotiating with his Higness King Lula what their personal and confidential budget will be for the next 4 years. - ch.c.
