Not so true.....apparently ! 2) A year or so ago, there was an agreement with the truck drivers, that if they see children labor where they deliver their goods, they will report to the police. Not so true....apparently ! 3) As long as there is no regular jail sentence for those using children labor, why someone should believe that the rate will be reduced. Laws are good.....only if they are applied. Same for all your corruptions scandals. You have laws....but dont aplpy them.
