We all know that the only public opinion that really matters on this subject is that of the U.S. voters. The news today of a well known actress in NY allegedly being murdered by an illegal alien from Ecuador (he confessed) will do more to extend the fence and budget funding for same than all the discussions on all the blogs of the world. Hats off to Pres. Lula who had the perspicacity to be elsewhere than Uruguay last Sunday. - Rick

That way we can protect the entire border from the export of gang memeber and criminals, and quite possibly terrorists that come from Mexico and other Latin American countries. These criminals suck up our resources and tax dollars without giving anything back, including depress wages for our less fortunate. They rob and murder our citizens and take valuable law enforcement resources. The lack any respect for assimilating into our culture and make no effort to learn our customs and language. Finally we are doubling our Border Patrol, deploying National Guard and taking serious a very serious matter. New laws being passed at the State level now allow local law enforcement to enforce immigration laws, landlords can not rent to illegals and their children can not attend our universities. So all of you who want to come to the country you hate so much, had better think twice about spending your hard earned money on a Coyoyte, you just might not make it this time...and yes, perhaps perish in the desert. On my last trip to Sao Paulo (from Miami) last week, TAM had 9 deportees...it filled my heart with joy. - Gary

Simply put, I was born and raised in L.A. and have been on foot in the Imperial Valley and the Chocolate Mountains, as well as in Os Sertões, NE Brazil. Unlike the people in N. Mexico, middle class mineiros from Gov. Valadares are just not equipped to survive in the desert north of Yuma. Don´t you believe in national sovereignty? - Rick

"No matter how much the wall costs or who is insulted by it, if it saves just one Brazilian from dying of thirst in the desert, it will have been worth it."

The perfect example of gringo canastrão. Oh your tears are showing!! Simply disgusting, this wall is the materialization of part of American mentality, havent ypu heard your thoughts criate in a phenomenal efect? Partially nazi, the other part fascist. The day the wall goes down its going to be a historical date and a human victory!! Poor Americans, poorer in the soul that they cannot even realize it. - zztop

that all those who signed will open their border to the millions of South and Latin Americans to the other millions neigbopurs.
SA and LATAM have a booming economy ! Right ? Thus jobs should be plentiful and well paid during those times ! No doubt Brazil should open the border to a few millions Bolivians, and Venezuela should open their doors to a few millions Brazilians....for example ! And Mexico could absorb a few millions bolivians and brazilians !

You will finally be able NOT TO GO TO THE COUNTRY YOU HATE SO MUCH !!!!!!

Everybody will be happy....finally ! Even the USA ! No Need for a wall....in such case !

Laugh......laugh....laugh !

Ohhh I forgot, you could accept a few millions Haitians, and a few millions Mexicans could go to Haïti too....of course !!!!!!! - ch.c.
