By hiring - as said in the articles - even more bureaucrats/technocrats, in an already overloaded adminstration ? After the money he spends already for salaries, pension funds for these Federal bureaucrats and social security, little is left anyway for education and healthcare and even less for infrastructure ! No doubt, that just as usual and once more his promises are populists...and will remain populists. Or is he going to reduce the education and healthcare budget to free some money for the infrastructure ????? Because it is doubtful that the Government will reduce their own costs.....as everyone knows ! Afterall he already promised and even signed the Public Private Projects 2 years ago, but Nooo project was completed or even started !
