What about the 70 % or so that are unpaved roads and areas, where by definition is not controlled ba the Highway Patrol ? But of course, the Brazilian government is more concerned about the sexual tourism not necessarily involving minors children. And all this, despite that prostitution is legal in Brazil for non minors , meaning prostitutes for Brazilians.....YESSS, prostitutes for foreigners.....NOOOOO ! Or looks like that the Brazilians are afraid that the prices will go beyond what they can afford !!!!!! Why is an adult Brazilian prostitute not really free to chose her clients nationality ?
