Same as Brazil which has tens of millions citizens undernourrished and millions in hunger ! - They forget to say that they have no money for investment, since they spend almost everything for their local war. - They forget to mention that out of the 200 millions hectares of cultivable land, most are in the desert or sub-desert !!!! Stupid question : how do these idiots intend to produce more grains, more sugar, ethanol, fields irrigation ?????? Is Brazil ready to lend them the money ???????
