Dom Lula has now the best reason to delay....Once More...the project, and say to the population : "Look I, Dom Lula was in favor of the project but Dom Cappio forced me to delay it again" Is that not a smart way to delay spending on a project in Brazil ? Of course it is, look at all the promises made by Lula, for the infrastructure projects he made time and again such as paved roads, roads maintenance, education, new schools just to name a few. He even promised at the end of 2005 to fill millions of roads potholes by authorinzing a spending of BRL 450 millions. Of course after the fillings of the potholes with sand, the sand was washed down after the raining season. Ohhhh and after an audit, the investigators found irregularities with 73 contractors. But dont worry, this happened just before his re-election. No doubt that the irregularities found, ended in the various illegal and hidden Caixas of the PT Party. After all, Dom Lula will never ever change. Her promised a fight against deep Brazilian corruption for 20 years as a unionist, but when elected as President he made the Brazilian Corruption Industry the one with the higherst growth rate. Corruption is the biggest enemy of development. Money will disappear anyway with or without a development project.
