Therefore it was NOT a user choice ! And despite your assurance and pretention that ethanol was already comoetitive in 2005, ethanol prices continued to plummet since 2005 while oil price tripled. Finally Brazil is so much oil/oil equivalent independent....but still have a higher pump prices than the most addicted importers.......the USA !!!!!
