Short memory ? smile I never said that we invented Flex fuel engine. I always mentioned that the first ethanol fuel efficient car was developed by American/Brazilian engineers working for Ford Motor do Brasil Ltda. It was not Flex, but with carburettors that could take either Gasoline or Ethanol.VW and GM also introduced their versions, but the mileage their autos used to give was almost 50% of what the Ford gave. I was a big fan of Ford Corcel II ( If I recall, our fellow blogger RIC also had one).
