Paraguay should simply nationalize this dam.
Have your Friend Morales and Your newest club Member Chavez not done it for their oil or natural gas industries ?
Chavez also did it for other industries, if you read or listen to the medias !

And last but not least....Is Ricardo Amaral the genius not telling brazilians that the country should nationalize their oil industry ?

Brazil always applaude when others nationalize, only provided it doesnt go against Brazil interests.
And Brazil disagree to review prices negotiated 20 or 30 years ago.
You proved it with Morales, when he simply wanted fair actual prices for his natural gas.
And today you have the same problem with Paraguay, but also with Uruguay.

May be, using Ricardo the genius long term view, Brazil should also nationalize other industries on top of their oil industry. Such as Brazilians Banks quite profitable apparently. Your government already owns some banks....through nationalization or appropriation !
More is better ! Isnt it ?

Ohhhhh and why not nationalize the foreign cars manufacturers in Brazil ? You could finally say that Brazil build its own cars, no longer made by foreign companies.

Laugh...laugh...laugh....laugh....laugh !

As I said so many times, Brazilians have in their genes only a ONE WAY TRADE APPROACH. To do this they constantly cheat, lie and hide and also contradict themselves.
Because the Brazilian oil nationalization is also under discussion by your politicians. - ch.c.
