Lula was with Chirac in the Eiffel Tower to watch the fireworks Of course all the diplomatics compliments from both in all French medias ! Normal. in those diplomatics talks of course agriculture was also the subject. Chirac said of course a solution will be found in the negotiations at the WTO ! Welll a year later, it was of course France who threatened to vetoe the negotiations at the WTO.
