Dnb
This article contains and addresses the essence of the only things I could believe ==> Empirical Data based on Scientific Research
The machine is the $10 billion Large Hadron Collider, or LHC — the most powerful, most expensive particle-blaster ever invented. On Wednesday, Europe's CERN particle-physics lab is due to start shooting beams of protons through the LHC's 17-mile-round (27-kilometer-round) ring of tunnels beneath the French-Swiss border.

Esteemed Dnb...
In all fairness, the 1/2 week you have "graciously" granted me, should NOT include the weekend, since we did not participate as activily as we tend to do during the week... ;) :D - AUGUSTUS

As per the request of Lord Augustus:

dnb, my dear boy.... ENOUGH BIBLE... At least for one week! please please please? Just one week? LOL

You are forbidden to talk about the bible for the next 48 hours (though he asked for a break for a week, his request is denied by me).

Lord Augustus has a nasty habit of getting into trouble, unwittingly. Too innocent . ;) - João da Silva

Augustus on the Election

The outcome of this whole Oscar Award winning charade will be interesting. It is safe to assume though that with all the money behind Obama, it is INTENDED that he win. Plus he favors the left. If he doesn't win there will be civil unrest. But with the corporate/government controlled media OBVOUSLY biased in favor of Obama, it is very unlikely McCain stands a chance. The Republican presentation at the convention is "horrific". It is not the way America looks now. And did you see them dancing to Earth Wind & Fires "September"? It couldn't have gotten any more comical.
I think the plan is to have America begging for the Left . The Right has to look like they are putting up some kind of fight for appearance sake. After all this IS politics. It's supposed to look like a real battle.
Whatever "CHANGE" is going to involve , it has to look like the people ASKED for it. The perfect deception! ;)
I hate to be redundant , or a CU, or anything else anyone wants to call me. But I found this interesting. Only made sense to, "in my face" sense, until this election year.

My son, fear the Lord and the king. With those who are for a change, do not intermeddle. 22 For their disaster will arise so suddenly, that who is aware of the extinction of those who are for a change?
Proverbs 24:21,22
Something to think about.... :) - dnbaiacu
Furthermore, an acquaintance of mine has forwarded a picture from Mrs. Palin depicting her by a swimming pool wearing a sexy “biquini” (stars & stripes features), and holding a machine gun as if it were a guitar!
Now… what does that tell you (I must admit she looks darn sexy though)
This woman reminds me of Marta Suplicy, the candidate for the Mayoral elections in SP. As per Marta´s advice, I am going to "relax and enjoy" watching the outcome of the Presidential elections in U.S. and our Municipal elections! - João da Silva

The relevance of discussions on RELIGION vis-à-vis recent developements (US elections) _ Mrs. ...

There have been other discussions about religion versus politics elsewhere during this week. Interestingly, in light of the scary speech my the Republican Vice-Presidential nominee last night in Minneapolis, along with additional reports recently released on her extreme views, emphasized the relevance of these disucussions vis-a-vis the other more serious issues which Thaddeus Blanchette wisely quoted.

You may wish to review the following entry: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/200...n_iraq_war

In addition, considering how feeble McCain looks and taking his advanced age into account, it's not unfeasible to consider that he might die while in office; thus leaving us with extreme right wing, religious obsessive Mrs. Palin as our next president... Now, just imagine the possibility of such tragic event!!! :o

What kind of idiot wrote this?

It was Ch.c who wrote it and the co-authors are Dnb,Augustus,Ric, Forrest and my good self.

Mac, I don't think that Ch.c would like to be called an idiot. He does not take any sort of criticisms, positive or negative. You better be very careful, while dealing with Ch.c, Mac. He is as deadly as a Python in the Amazon. - João da Silva

Im not supposed to make sense to everyone

Well, it's nice to know that you're achieving your goal, then.

Your posts read like an old Dr. Bronner's soap label.

(For those of you who've never had the pleasure, well, here...

Replace half-true Socialist-fluoride poison & tax-slavery with full-truth, work-speech-press & profitsharing Socialaction! All-One! So, help build 4 billion Hannibal wind-power plants, charging 96 billion battery-banks, powering every car-factory-farm-home-monorail & pump, watering Babylon-roof-gardens & 800 billion Israel-Milorganite fruit trees, guarded by Swiss 6000 year Universal Military Training.

The Real Issue....
If you have a large sex-drive and repress it, you will NATURALLY expect to see it subliminated in other forms. That does not mean "sex addiction". What the psychobabble people have done here is turn a normal human biological drive into an "addiction" by claiming that the fact one feels the need to do it makes one dependent on it.
COMPULSIVE BEHAVIOR,, manifested in WHATEVER form it takes , if it is screwing up your personal life or jeopardizing your health , it is safe to say you are "addicted" whether you recognize it or not.
Sexual energy CAN be channeled..By what's going on in your head. Now if you are stressed and anxious and all you can think about doing is getting a nut to relieve yourself, that's in your HEAD. There are other ways to de-stress yourself, ( although not as pleasurable I assume for most) but there ARE other ways. Sex and Love for most men have absolutely no connection. VOILA! MULTI- BILLION dollar Porn industry.
If porn was so acceptable you wouldn't have to be 18years old in most places to legally consume it.? Something INNATELY tells us as HUMANS it's deviant. Why are people in denial about this? I am not going to teach my 8 year old son the birds and the bees by giving him an issue of Playboy. DUH??!! But I WILL allow him to watch various issues of National Geographic. Wonder why? Both naked bodies.. But very different messages.
No, I wouldn't BAN as was previously implied that I supported. It's all a personal choice. These days you can HEAR pornography on the radio. There's no stopping it..BY DESIGN.
That same energy that can make a baby can also create PARADISE.
Think about it! ;) - dnbaiacu
