OPEC it trying to do the same thing with oil . chaves did join them and his price is set by them . and his export is set by them , plus he has to pay them a fee to be a member of the club . now today brazil is telling the world it will refine its own oil and ship it as a finshed product . gas . disel , avgas ,varsol,at this point in time they will also be able to sell off the byproducts of cracking !!!. but the polutition will jump in brazil by 34% if not more from thies plants . but not to worrie as of yet brazil has not started building the plants - forrest allen brown Tue, 16 Sep 2008 09:48:54 +0100
