The positive evalution of Brazil's President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's Administration rose 3.2% in the last three months, from 41.3% in September to 44.5% in December. These figures are part of the 73rd CNT/Sensus survey, released December 14 by the National Confederation of Transport (CNT), in Brasília.

About three thousand Brazilian workers are participating in the National Minimum Wage March.organized by Brazil's Workers Central Union (CUT). They began their march. December 13, in the city of Valparaíso, in the state of Goiás, at a distance of 40 kilometers from Brasília, the capital of Brazil.
