Brazil's Lula Chosen as Latin World's Best Leader ?????
written by ch.c., November 17, 2008
WHOAAAAAAA !!!!!

As Latin America....best leader, or as World's Best Leader ?

And I did not know yet that the USA is considered as a Latin America country ......" outgoing US president George Bush also tie but at 4.2."
But in view of the ranking...No doubt the USA is a Latin America Country.......as per the Disinformation & Propaganda Dept at the Planalto Palacio, next to Robin the Crook office.

And quite funny that Spain is ranked, not Portugal ! Hmmmm.

But coming from idiots, junkies, scammers, manipulators and more importantly corrupted to the roots people, who got their SP University in....a detergent pack....nothing is suprising !

Not surprising either then that nothing work in Latin America except corruption, crimes and poverty...and and and...bureaucracy ! I should say...bureaucrazy !
