Many receive funding from SEBRAE and just pocket the money.

Shipping and logistics is a major cost and time issue compared to the competition in addition to countless Brazilian holidays and days off.

Sorry to hear about this experience you have been through if the Brazilian Government is listening this is outrageous.

How can anyone trade with people who appear to be so incompitent and negligent.

Please write to the Department of Commerce for a full explanation or if not this Government.Give a time limit of say 3 weeks for a reply and state if no reply court proceeding will follow. Send a copy of letter to the Newsroom who wrote this article.

I hope this is resolved with interest as this is negative for Brazil or anyone like yourself who want to do business with countries who act with impunity.
