Brazil to Study AIDS Among Blacks PDF Print E-mail
Written by Juliana Andrade

Brazil's Ministry of Health and the United Nations Education, Science, and Culture Organization (UNESCO) plan to spend around US$ 3.4 million on 39 research projects to investigate AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).

The studies should get started in April. Seven of the studies have to do with AIDS cases among members of the black population.

According to the representative of the Ministry of Health, Márcio de Sá, Brazil is recognized internationally as one of the countries with the best AIDS programs. The idea is to improve its actions in this field by stimulating research.

"The goal of the Ministry of Health in financing these projects is to increase the number of studies on this specific area in order to boost Brazil's health policies for the treatment and prevention of STDs and HIV/AIDS," he said.

Let us wake up and see that this thing we call AIDS is not caused by HIV or any other virus. It is the result of misseducation flaw research and massive financial interests. In developed countries it is iatrogenic and caused by illegal drug use. In poor countries it is starvation and famine and the diseases related to dirty drinking water that we call AIDS. We can no longer follow the lead of Robert Gallo's self serving interests. We need to wake up and throw off this yoke of fear that has been used to make us get "tested" and "treated".
Peace and Blessings,
Marshall
