Brazil's Surplus Reaches US$ 6.9 Billion, 8% More Than Last Year |

Brazilian exports reached US$ 2.44 billion last week, while imports totaled US$ 1.82 billion, which resulted in a US$ 620 million trade surplus.
With these numbers, the eight-business day balance rose to US$ 1.24 billion. Thus, the year surplus amounted to US$ 6.91 billion, which is US$ 510 million, or 7.97%, more than equal period of last year, when exports totaled US$ 21.886 billion and imports, US$ 14.97 billion.
