American Suspect of Child Porn and Pedophilia Murdered with 7 Shots in Brazil PDF Print E-mail
Written by Francesco Neves
Wednesday, 23 January 2008

House of American killed in Natal, Brazil Brazil's police are investigating the murder of American Gerald Gusta Cisco, 61, in Natal, the capital of the Brazilian northeastern state of Rio Grande do Norte. Cisco whose body was found buried in a vacant lot on Monday, January 21, used to live in a house in the Ponta Negra neighborhood.

Policemen found candy wrappers, toys and hundreds of pictures of naked children some as young as two and teens at his place as well as studio spotlights and Viagra pills. Neighbors told investigators that they usually saw little girls coming in and out of the  American's house. They usually left carrying candy, chocolate and ice cream, according to these witnesses.

Authorities say the American's body had signs of seven shots. The police still don't know it the crime is related to the pedophilia charges being leveled against Cisco.

Some of the little girls shown in the pictures have now been identified and are being heard by the authorities. According to the police, the last person to see Cisco, on the day before his body was found, was a caretaker who  used to care for another property the American had in the Redinha beach.

"A scavenger who was picking up litter in the area on Monday morning saw the freshly dug ground and blood stains and went to the police," said a police spokesman. "We found the body in the afternoon with seven bullet wounds on the skull."

On Tuesday, when it went to the victim's house the police found the apartment's door broken and the whole place turned upside down. Several appliances and money seemed to be stolen.

The American's gardener and caretaker, Wilames Faria Albuquerque, was the one who recognized the body and then took the police to the victim's residence. Albuquerque used to visit Cisco every Monday to take care of the dogs and do maintenance work.

This last Monday he did just that, but didn't find the American. As he kept calling and nobody answered the phone he went back on Tuesday and then noticed that one of the American's pit bull seemed to have a broken leg.

Looking inside the house over the wall he also noticed through the window the mess inside the place. When he arrived at the police station to report the case he was informed that they had found a body that matched his description.

"The initial information," said police chief Nataneon de Freitas, "led us to believe that it was a case of robbery but the finding of pedophilia material now make us also probe a connection between the murder and the pictures found."

The American, according to a friend, had a girlfriend but lived by himself. He had lived in Recife, capital of Pernambuco, before moving to Natal. This friend also informed that he has family in California where his body is supposed to be sent for burial.

Among the goods police believe were taken  are two TV sets, two DVD players, a computer, and a gas cylinder. A safe found at the upper floor had been pried open. The police was able, however, to seize some computer hardware that may tell them if Cisco's kid porn activity had any international connection.

The American's car, a gray Chevrolet Astra, is also missing. The robber seems to have used the garage's remote control to get access to the house. The front door was apparently forcefully opened with a crowbar. The police believe that the murderer went to the victim's place after the killing and took material related to child pornography.

Macunaima, please clarify you meant they FINALLY found a bonafide "US" gringo pedophile. Whether they were searching for a decade or decades (or searching not at all) might also be picked on for it's precision. Here it seems it's not more than 10 days (vs 10 years) between finds. At least there is one less in our world.

Sorry for the disappointment "..." (Cococantina?) - it is apparent it was not our ch.c who was executed.

By coincidence...
written by bo, January 25, 2008
here in my city, just this past monday, the headline on the front page of the paper was about the vast numbers of children and adolescents being sexually abused and the impunity that the offenders encounter. One of the main stories was about a 13 year old BOY who was forced to give a blowjob to a 48 year old brazilian man last week, and another mentioned was about a 14 year old girl who had been raped by 3 brazilian men and afterwards she committed suicide.

CINEFORM MUNICIPIOS

ADOLESCENCIA MARCADA PELO MEDO E PELO TRAUMA SEXUAL -Front page

O silencio dos inocentes -page 6

Um crime que sequela para o resto da vida -page 7

People that prey on the innocence of children and exploit them sexually, harming them for life, are sick. And for many there simply is no cure outside of castration, which may lead to violence afterwards, or a bullet to the head, which is the best cure imo. I'm glad that a pedophile was removed from this planet, and it doesn't matter to me if he was american, brazilian, or chinese. But for articles to be published simply because of a foreigner involved is once again the brazilian sensationalistic media at it's best. Brazil is certainly in no short supply of homegrown pedophiles. And if this country would enforce the very laws that exist it wouldn't be such an international target for pedophiles the world over.

Legal prostitution, one of the world's lowest minimum salaries, living conditions of "miseria", what else do people expect from this recipe?

Of course not. However, Ch.c could be tried for "economic crimes" against the state at the Hague ,court martialed and shot. Needless to remind you that all the Geneva conventions should be followed, when he undergoes the trial. If his lawyers in Geneva try to defend him, shoot them too smilies/wink.gif

Precedents must be set! Long long ago the people for the people by the people agreed em tudo. First - kill all the lawyers! Joao, you seem to have gotten things a bit backwoods, excuse me, maybe backwards is a more appropriate way to put it. On top of that you specified pre-conditions. Are you a lawyer? Why must they defend him before being shot? Just because it's their job? What to do when they fail to do what is their duty? What's the difference between their failure and that of "elected" officiate's?

A 15-year-old girl robbery suspect was put in a jail cell with more than 20 men, and for one month was raped relentlessly and forced to have sex for food, human rights groups representing the just-released girl said Thursday.

My profound apologies. You are right.First get rid of the lawyers. Then we defend Ch.c ourselves and order the judge to declare him "Not guilty". If the judge does not cooperate, we shoot him. A great strategy on your part, Simpleton. I like it.

Of course, Forrest would fully approve of your strategy , except to demand that some sort of punishment should be imposed on Ch.c.

BTW, Ch.c is alive and well and in another thread.

" Ch.c could be tried for "economic crimes" against the state at the Hague "
written by CH.C., January 26, 2008
Under what accusations ? Telling the truth about Brazil ?
Sorry but all my comments are written based on stats, most even on Brazilian stats.

On children exploitation, abuses and prostitution :
- over 500'000 Brazilians children are forced into prostitution.
- over 900 Brazilian municipalities OFFER sex with children. Stat coming from BRAZILIAN SOURCE
- And worst of all, the majority of children sex abuses...is from family. Another Brazilian stat.......if you dont mind.
- That means that the 500'000 forced into prostitution is only a small percentage...of those abused by their own family.
- Brazil is one of the world center for Internet Pedophilia is ALSO from....Brazilian stats.

But of course AND AS always....Brazil is fingerpointing ONE foreigner...WHEN THEY CAN....and try to hide the millions
of Brazilians involved one way or the other !

Ohhh Joao...on economic crimes......many brazilians using slaves...should effectively go to the Hague.
And Brazilian charcoal, sugar ethanol should be banned in developed nations.

written by CH.C., January 26, 2008
Quite normal...in Brazil...the medieval and archaic country.
Not so elsewhere, in developed nations.

You are proving time and again how backward and muddy Brazil is.

In developed nations, people have more developed brains than Brazilians.
Therefore Brazil will never ever be in the league of the developed nations...and you prove it....day after day !

But keep trying.
Trying doesnt mean succeding...to my knowledge !

Thar ye go agin Joao : "except to demand that some sort of punishment should be imposed on Ch.c." Don't think Forrest would insist except unto those that have done he or his wrong - simple rules. On the other hand, think maybe ch.c might like it, might actually want it if he weren't already so locked up or down so as not to get to where it's delivered. Mild caneing is about all the wimp could handle so let's not sing a poor him.

How about lowering the age to 16
written by Steve1, April 18, 2008
I am sick and tired of hearing about adolescent 'sexual abuse.' While I do not condone sex with children it would be logical to lower the age to 15-16 (that is the voting age). Many are being hurt by this witch hunt and the only beneficiaries are the media, law enforcement and the NGO parasites.

Many teenagers themselves stay on the streets now as many who would have an interest in them are too afraid to make contact with them. And so what if there if there is some sex at 16? This was and is normal after thousands of years.

  • Brazil Engaged in Another Olympics: Reshaping Its Image Before Games Open

Economist's cover on BrazilBrazil received a huge boost in its international image with its selection as the host of the 2016 Olympics, but it was really just the cherry on top of the overall recognition of the country's ascension to the ranks of one of the world's most important countries. Now, as it finally takes its place on the world scene, there has been a great deal of concern about what kind of image Brazil hopes to project, now that the world is really paying attention.

  • Iranian Leader's Visit to Brazil Takes the Gloss off Lula's International Image

Ahmadinejad meets LulaThe only good thing to say about the visit to Brazil of Iran's president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, on Monday November 23, is that it was mercifully short and lasted less than 24 hours. Ahmadinejad had his picture taken being hugged by president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva who gave him a warm welcome and said Iran had every right to develop nuclear energy for peaceful purposes.

  • Ahmadinejad's Visit: Iran, Honduras and Brazil's Hypocrisy in Dealing With Them

Ahmadinejad and Lula The Brazilian diplo-MÁ-cia (bad diplomacy) carries on its accelerated course towards the non-acknowledgment of human rights, although sometimes it takes pleasure in saying that it does precisely the opposite. The visit of Iran's president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, is another example of a diplomatic omission that verges on hypocrisy.

Lula and Chavez On July 4, 2006, representatives of Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay met in Caracas to sign the protocol for the entrance of Venezuela into the Southern Common Market (Mercosur). After two and a half years, the protocol was approved by the legislative bodies of Argentina and Uruguay, and as of now it may be only days away from being ratified by the continent's economic megalith, Brazil.

Children from a Diadema band Some sectors of the fight against AIDS have suggested that Thabo Mbeki, the former president of South Africa, committed genocide through his absence from the fight against the illness in his country throughout his two terms.

  • Child Labor Went Down in Brazil, But 5 Million Underage Workers Are Still Way Too Many

Child labor in Brazil One hundred and eleven years after Brazil abolished slavery, the number of workers deprived of their freedom is still huge. They raise cattle, produce charcoal, sugar cane or timber. Some of them, most undocumented Bolivians, work in basements of small apparel factories in São Paulo and other metropolis.

  • Some Humility Would Do Lula Good. On Human Rights Brazil Has Long Way to Go

A prison in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil On November 7, 2009 a few friends and I had an opportunity to take a look inside a Brazilian jail outside the city of Rio de Janeiro. We were able to take some amateur footage of our experience on video (see link below). It's no surprise, of course, that the typical Brazilian jail lacks some of the functionality of those in North America or Europe, but our experience that day was quite shocking.
